Last updated: 3 July 2026
Summary
Everos Press respects your privacy. We collect only the minimal personal data needed to run this website: your email address if you subscribe to our mailing list (with your consent), and correspondence you send us. We do not sell or share your data. All book purchases are processed by Payhip and Amazon under their own privacy policies. This website does not use analytics or behavioural tracking.

2. What Data We Collect and Why
Mailing list (with your consent). If you sign up for our free gift offer and occasional emails, we collect your email address (and name, if provided). This is strictly opt-in. Lawful basis: your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email, or by contacting us. We retain your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Email enquiries. If you contact us by email or social media, we use your message and contact details solely to reply. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Correspondence is deleted when no longer needed and is not used for marketing or profiling.
Technical data. Our hosting provider (IONOS) automatically logs limited technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and access times — for security and maintenance. Everos Press does not access or use this information.
We do not collect any other personal data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
3. Our Service Providers
We use the following processors, who handle data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments:
- MailerLite — manages our mailing list and sends our emails. See the MailerLite Privacy Policy. Our emails may include basic engagement measurement (such as whether an email was opened) provided by MailerLite.
- IONOS — website hosting and technical logs.
Where a provider processes data outside the UK, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses or adequacy regulations.
4. Purchases on External Platforms
All transactions for Everos Press publications are handled by Payhip and Amazon, which are independent data controllers. Any personal, billing, or payment information you provide at checkout is processed exclusively under their own policies: Payhip Privacy Policy · Amazon Privacy Notice. Everos Press does not receive or store customer payment data.
5. Cookies and Analytics
This website does not use analytics or behavioural tracking tools. Essential technical functions are handled by our hosting provider. If our mailing-list signup form sets any cookies, these are strictly functional and provided by MailerLite. Should our practices change (for example, adding site analytics), we will display a cookie notice and update this Policy.
6. Data Security
Our website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Our email and mailing-list accounts are protected by passwords and two-factor authentication. Our hosting provider employs standard firewalls, intrusion detection, and regular maintenance. We maintain reasonable administrative and technical measures to keep all correspondence confidential.
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have it corrected or deleted; object to or restrict its processing; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal).
To exercise any of these rights, email reception@everospress.com. We will respond within one calendar month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
8. Children
Our mailing list and publications are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Business identity: Everos Press, Building 28, Westminster Industrial Estate, Unit 2b, 34 Bowater Rd, London SE18 5TF, United Kingdom. Email: reception@everospress.com
By continuing to use this Site, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides information about Everos Press, its authors, and its published works, and links visitors to third-party platforms such as Payhip and Amazon, where books and related products may be purchased.
3. Ownership and Copyright
All text, images, graphics, design, and other content on this Site are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Unless stated otherwise, these materials belong to Everos Press or its licensors, and moral rights are asserted. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or adapt any content without prior written permission.
4. External Links
Links to external websites (including Payhip, Amazon, and social-media platforms) are provided for convenience only. Everos Press has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or availability of external sites. Purchases made on third-party platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
5. No Warranty
All information and content on this Site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, including accuracy, reliability, or availability. Use of the Site is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
Everos Press will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this Site or any linked websites, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
7. Content Advisory
This website contains no explicit content. However, some Everos Press publications — sold exclusively through external platforms such as Payhip and Amazon — explore the human body, sensuality, and intimacy as forms of creative and spiritual expression, and include mature themes intended for adult readers aged 18 or over (or the legal age of majority in your country of residence).
All works are created and presented as art and literature. By purchasing our publications, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirements of your jurisdiction. Everos Press operates under UK law; purchasers are responsible for complying with local age and content regulations in their country of residence.
8. Creative Process and Image Authorship
All images featured in Everos Press publications are conceived, directed, and curated under the creative supervision of human artists. Our visual process may involve digital image-editing and AI-assisted generation tools as aids to creativity, serving purely artistic purposes.
The resulting visuals are original artistic compositions depicting imagined, digitally created adult characters of legal age. None of the figures portrayed are real individuals, and any resemblance to actual persons, living or deceased, is coincidental and unintended.
Some imagery may appear visually intense; such representations exist solely within an artistic and literary context and are not endorsements or invitations to imitate real-world behaviour. All imagery © Everos Press. Reproduction or modification without written consent is prohibited.
9. Ethical Statement
Everos Press and its contributors uphold the law in all matters of publication, artistic practice, and representation. We believe in human rights, equality, consent, and mutual respect, and we affirm the agency and autonomy of every individual. Literature and art provide a space to examine emotion, desire, and imagination — always within fiction and symbolic expression, never as conduct to be enacted in life.
10. Governing Law
This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
