We want you to feel confident when ordering from Everos Press. Each print is checked and carefully packed before dispatch.

If you are a UK customer buying online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To request a return, please contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, the print must be returned within 14 days.

The customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as the print remains your responsibility until it is safely received by us.

Limited art prints are fragile and must be returned in perfect resalable condition. Returned prints must be unused, unframed, unmounted, clean, dry, undamaged and returned in their original protective packaging wherever possible.

If a returned print is damaged, creased, marked, moisture-affected, poorly packaged, incomplete, or otherwise not in resalable condition due to handling or return packaging, we reserve the right to reduce or refuse the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Where a return is accepted, refunds will be made to the original payment method.

If your print arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographs of the print, packaging, damaged area and delivery label.

Custom, bespoke or personalised prints may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation once production has begun or the item has been made to your specification. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
